Malar Festoon

Dr. Chernoff has successfully improved over 10,000 under eye bags and malar festoons. He is an internationally recognized expert for his propritory and minimmally invasive laser technique. Depending on the severaity of the bags and/or festoons, Dr. Chernoff will often use a combination approach that uses laser along with a 2nd technique that safely heats and shrinks the tissue. This approach no only removes the underlying excess tissue and fat that causes the eye bag and/or festoon, but also helps to shrink the tissue over time to improve the under eye skin tone and quality.
